Next day BBQ

Summer holidays are underway. That means leftover BBQ, which can be perfectly repurposed into fresh and easy summer salads. Top a bed of fresh spinach with shredded grilled chicken and thin sliced grilled steak, strips of grilled peppers and a fresh grating of cheese and you've got yourself a no-cook meal. Dress with your favorite flavored vinegar blended with a high quality oil such as avocado, flax, extra virgin olive or safflower.
