Instant Pot Mongolian Beef
My client bought an Instant Pot to make simple, time saving meals without a lot of muss or fuss. We started with Mongolian Beef served on romaine with avocado and green onions over Japanese yam noodles. There were even leftovers for lunch tomorrow - that's a cook once, eat twice meal. Clean up was pretty easy too. We did disagree on presentation though. What do you think - noodles on top or as a bed?
